DC Young Fly has broken his silence following the death of the mother of his children.
Ms Jacky Oh, the long-time partner of DC Young Fly, died last week at the age of 32, and he has since spoken out.
In a lengthy Instagram post, the comedian and rapper wrote: "I wasn’t in no rush to post this because I wanted it to be a dream so bad but every hour I’m reminded of realty so I wanna make sure I applaud you in the proper manner."

Jacky, real name Jacklyn Smith, reportedly died in Miami, Florida, where she had traveled to get a "mommy makeover," TMZ reported.
DC Young Fly announced Thursday evening on Instagram that Jacky's funeral will be held Sunday, writing: “Love You mama, we goin up the right way."
Jacky's cause of death has not yet been released.

The series pits two teams of comedians against one another in a series of Wild ‘N Out games, which are all essentially “improvisational” comedy games.

Less than a month before her untimely death, the social media star took to Instagram to share about her journey with religion.
"When you start drawing nearer to God - reading and really listening to the word & applying it in real life- there's such a beautiful awakening and transforming power that you will start to feel," she wrote.

The outlet reported that Okhah also claimed those remarks were false, but again dismissed that lawsuit in December 2021.

Ms Jacky Oh had talked about visiting plastic surgeon Zachary Okhah for a "mommy makeover" in a since-deleted post, according to Page Six.
Okhah reportedly filed lawsuits against former patients over reviews they left after their procedures, according to the publication.
In July 2021, Okhah sued patient Leila Penn for over $30,000 after she left a RealSelf review alleging that she had been "mutilated."
Court documents obtained by the outlet revealed that Okhah claimed the remarks made by Penn were false and the lawsuit was dismissed in December 2021.

Jacklyn Smith, known by the stage name Ms Jacky Oh, was reportedly staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami when she died.
According to the Miami Police Department, she was found unresponsive at the hotel on Wednesday evening.
She was transported to Mercy Hospital and pronounced dead after resuscitation efforts failed.
