Pregnant Serena Williams shows off her baby bump in naked Vanity Fair shoot as she reveals she's kee

PREGNANT Serena Williams recreated Demi Moore's iconic naked pregnancy shoot for the latest cover of Vanity Fair.

The tennis champion - who is expecting her first child with fiance Alexis Ohanian - puts her baby bump on full display in the stunning image taken by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz for the magazine.

Giving a side profile view of her athletic figure, the expecting mother exudes confidence as her hair flows out behind her.

The 35-year-old appears to be wearing natural look make-up and accessorised with a stud earring and a belly chain.

Demi Moore was the first pregnant celebrity to pose naked on the cover of Vanity Fair back in 1991.

Serena proudly shared the cover with her fans via social media.

Taking to Twitter, she wrote: "Check out my Vanity Fair Cover. Question - what do u guys think boy or girl? I'm waiting to find out but would love to hear your thoughts."

The expected star admitted she still can't she is engaged and about to have her first child as she explained: "It just doesn't seen real. I don't know why. Am I having a baby?"

World number one Serena, who will give birth in the autumn, recently confessed she discovered her pregnancy just two days before winning the Australian Open in January where she beat her sister Venus in the final.

She will be on maternity leave for the rest of 2017, missing Wimbledon - but says she will be back as a mum on tour next year.

She said: "I definitely plan on coming back. I'm not done yet.

"If [Venus] still playing, I know I can play. This [motherhood] is just a new part of my life. My baby's going to be in the stands and hopefully cheering for me."

The August issue of Vanity Fair is out in the UK on July 7.
